A go to destination with a vibrant new public space thanks
to ALAND’s village inspired vision

Sydney’s South West will be home to a dynamic community
building, public open space, playground, and curated
gardens under a development application (DA) submitted to
Campbelltown City Council by leading developer ALAND in
late 2022.

The exciting addition to Campbelltown’s urban fabric is part
of ALAND’s $400 million transformation of the abandoned
Brands on Sale outlet at 22-32 Queen Street.

Previously an underused landholding, the site will be
reimagined as a mixed-use development with residential
apartments, an ‘Eat Street’ and several retail and commercial
spaces – and now over 4000sqm of publicly accessible space
including a community building.
